He also assists with teaching a section of the regional roadside tree training program targeted at road crews from both local towns, city and state highway departments to ensure roadside trees in local communities and along all roads are properly trimmed. Throughout his career, Mr. Daniels has promoted forestry through various forestry tours and educational programs that highlight and teach about good forestry practices and has maintained a positive attitude no matter the circumstances, even in these times of reduced staffing.
